Food can be one of the most powerful forms of medicine, a way to support the body, calm the mind, and restore balance from within. This approach centres on nourishment through whole, unprocessed, and where possible, organic foods that promote a sense of grounding and sustained energy in everyday life.

Combining modern nutritional science with other considerations such as food energetics and individual constitution ( a traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) approach.) The aim is to look at the whole person uncovering the root cause of a health concern, then working together to guide gentle, sustainable changes that can support you to reach optimum health. 

 

Hey I'm Hannah...

I thought it might be nice to share a bit about what led me here and why I do what I do.

My family has always used natural healthcare alongside allopathic medicine; homeopathy, herbal remedies, acupuncture, kinesiology, TCM and Ayurveda all played a part. My Dad used meditation & breathwork to support his health, and my Grandmother practiced yoga her whole life.

When I was in my twenties & thirties my stomach was often in turmoil when I was stressed & anxious, and after many years partying hard & working in a fast-paced environment my body felt pretty depleted. I turned to nutritional therapy to help me to prioritise my health & wellbeing.

Fast forward a few years, with the help of some brilliant practitioners, I sorted out my IBS, I was able to get pregnant after a miscarriage. I found more positive ways to relax, support my mental health & improve my overall well-being. I alleviated work stress. I treated periodontitis, and I gained more knowledge to help balance my hormones.

It was through my own experiences and armed with this knowledge that I decided to study naturopathic nutrition, inspired to keep learning and to support others.

I am a qualified nutritional therapist who received my certification from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.

I can also use functional testing via independent labs which can be helpful to guide a specific nutritional protocol.

Free Exploratory Call

This complimentary 15-minute call is a chance for us to connect and explore what’s bringing you to nutritional therapy. 

You can share your main health concerns and goals, ask any initial questions, and get a sense of how we might work together. From there, we can decide the best next step for you.

 

Initial Assessment

(90 minutes – online)

Your first session is a chance to explore your health in depth, from your current symptoms and wellbeing goals to the lifestyle factors that may be influencing how you feel day to day.

Together, we’ll look at your nutritional habits, digestion, sleep, stress, and movement to build a clear picture of your overall health. This understanding forms the foundation for a personalised plan designed to gently support your body’s natural balance and long-term wellbeing.

 

Nutritional Plan

Following your assessment, you’ll receive a personalised plan created to support your unique health goals. 

This may include tailored nutritional guidance, supplement recommendations, self-care tools and resources, and — where relevant — suggestions for functional or GP testing to provide deeper insight.

Your plan is designed to be realistic, supportive, and flexible — something you can integrate into daily life with confidence. You’ll follow your agreed protocol between sessions, with ongoing guidance as we continue to review your progress together.

 

Follow-Up Consultation

(60 minutes – online)

Your follow-up session is an opportunity to review your nutritional plan and discuss any changes or developments since we last spoke. 

Together, we’ll explore your progress, look at any test results, and make gentle adjustments to ensure your plan continues to support you in the best possible way.

These sessions help keep you motivated, informed, and connected, so your journey towards balance and wellbeing feels steady, supported, and sustainable

Initial Assessment £120

Every journey begins with an Initial Assessment, a 90-minute session designed to explore your health, goals, and lifestyle in depth. This forms the foundation for your personalised plan and any recommendations that follow.

Further sessions and functional testing are entirely individual, depending on your needs and preferences. This ensures that any ongoing support or testing recommendations are tailored specifically to you, and pricing is based on your unique needs.
